Youth Planting for Platypus
Description
Are you 12-18 years old? Do you want to help our local environment?
Get your hands dirty for a great cause! Help plant indigenous plants along Diamond Creek to create a healthier, greener home for our shy local hero — the Platypus! It’s fun, it’s active, and you can make a real difference.
Bring your mates, make new ones, and be part of the creekside crew restoring nature, one plant at a time.
Dig in, make change, and protect the Platypus!
Meeting at 11am at the Nillumbik Youth Hub.
Free pizza lunch from 12:30 back at the Youth Hub!!
We will wrap things up at 2pm, but if you can only come for part of it, don't stress, just let us know if you need to get there late or leave early!
Bring some clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and gloves if you have some.
